Service policies.

  • To ensure the highest quality results and efficient service:

    • Please remove all personal items from your vehicle, including the trunk, door pockets, and under seats.

    • We do not detail around clutter such as car seats, bags, clothes, or trash.

    • If excessive items are left behind, a $50+ Clutter Prep Fee may apply, or we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • If your vehicle is heavily soiled—excessive stains, pet hair, food spills, trash, or biohazards—it may qualify as a Disaster Detail, which starts at $275+.

    This allows us to allocate the time, care, and materials required to properly restore your vehicle.

    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Missed appointments or last-minute changes may result in a $25 rebooking fee.

  • Each package includes only the items listed under its description.

    Add-on services (e.g. headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, pet hair removal) will be quoted separately.

  • West Park Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

    Please remove all valuables, electronics, and sensitive items before your appointment.

    • Payment is due at completion of service.

    • All pricing is subject to change based on vehicle size and condition.

    • We accept cash, credit/debit, and contactless payments.

  • We service West Park, Roseville, and the Greater Placer County area.

    Travel fees may apply for service requests outside of our standard range.
